Veterans’ Health Week 2024

BATTLE OF BRITAIN ‘LACE’

Veterans’ Health Week starts today! From 13–20 October, you can join in on some fantastic events happening near you.

With over 750 events registered across the country, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. You can attend as many events as you like, and it’s free to take part.

Veterans’ Health Week is an annual initiative by the DVA that promotes health and wellbeing for veterans and their families, addressing common health issues faced by veterans. This year’s theme is Keep Connected, highlighting the importance of staying socially connected to family, friends, and peers.

Social connectedness positively impacts mental health, leading to a longer life, better health, and improved wellbeing.
