Air Force To Support Warbirds Downunder 2024

BATTLE OF BRITAIN ‘LACE’

The Royal Australian Air Force is supporting the Warbirds Downunder Airshow at Temora Aviation Museum, with a range of exciting flying and/or static displays from current aircraft including the F-35A Lightning II, C-130J Hercules, Roulettes aerobatic team and the RAAF Balloon, as well as a range of heritage aircraft from No. 100 Squadron.

There will also be opportunities to meet Air Force people from a variety of roles.

The event is being held 19 and 20 October 2024.

Air Force recommends the use of hearing protection during aircraft flying displays.

All flying is subject to change, including short notice cancellation, due to variables such as air traffic control, weather and operational requirements.

Safety, noise management and the environment are vital considerations in the planning and conduct of Defence flying activities. Participating squadrons will operate with a view to minimising the impact on local communities.
