Have Your Say: Shape DVA’s Communication with Veterans

BATTLE OF BRITAIN ‘LACE’

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) is seeking input from veterans to improve how it communicates with you and the broader veteran community.

A short survey, conducted by independent consultancy 89 Degrees East, invites you to share your preferences on receiving updates and engaging with DVA.

Taking just 10–15 minutes, your feedback will help ensure DVA’s communication is more relevant and effective. Participation is voluntary, and you can exit at any time. DVA has advised responses are confidential, aggregated for analysis and won’t affect your pensions, benefits or health services.

DVA will not access individual answers. For privacy details, see 89 Degrees East’s policy at https://www.89degreeseast.com/privacy-policy.

Complete the survey by Friday, April 11, 2025, at https://survey.euro.confirmit.com/wix/p403166909019.aspx.

Questions? Contact the Privacy Officer at lainie@89degreeseast.com.

Your input will directly influence how DVA connects with veterans.
