Veterans’ Health Week is an annual initiative by the DVA that promotes health and wellbeing for veterans and their families, addressing common health issues faced by veterans. This year’s theme is Keep Connected, highlighting the importance of staying socially connected to family, friends, and peers.

Social connectedness positively impacts mental health, leading to a longer life, better health, and improved wellbeing.
