Join the Walk for Veterans at Mt Panorama – Just Weeks Away!

BATTLE OF BRITAIN ‘LACE’

With only a little over three weeks to go, excitement is building for the Walk for Veterans on Sunday, 29 March 2026.

This special event let’s participants lace up their shoes and walk the iconic 6.2km Mt Panorama circuit in Bathurst, NSW – a track famous for motorsport thrills, but rarely experienced on foot.

All funds raised will support two outstanding causes:

  • Legacy, which provides essential social, financial, and developmental support to the families of veterans who have lost their lives or been injured in service.
  • Air Force Association, helping combat veteran homelessness by offering crisis and transitional housing plus wraparound services.

These are truly worthy causes, helping ensure no veteran or their family faces hardship alone.

If you’re up for a fun, memorable weekend while making a real difference, register now! Head to www.scootaville.org.au, click on Walk for Veterans and complete the entry form. Meet at Harris Park (opposite the Pit Area on the Main Straight) from 6:30 am, with the walk starting at 7:30 am.

Can’t make it to Bathurst? You can still help by making a tax-deductible donation – just visit www.scootaville.org.au and click DONATE.

Please share this with friends and family – the more walkers and supporters, the bigger the impact!

Let’s come together to honour and support our veterans. See you at Mt Panorama! 🇦🇺
